What a great chance to have a catch up post Christmas! So fab to re-connect!

This FMO was a chance to reflect on the month and the year that has past. We have had so many energetic shifts over the past year through our meditation, our processes through Spark and our experiment with Human Design. A chance to notice the conditioning that may be reflected back to us as we catch up with old family and friends. And celebrate the changes we have made in ourselves. Today’s meditation for the Sparkie Alumni acknowledges the newness of who we are, getting back into orientation and sharing that group energy created in the past, bringing back into the now. Sweet!!
