Kinesiology
The purpose of a Kinesiology balance is to alleviate stress, whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or energetic. The idea is that stress in any form can lead to effects that create obstacles, making it harder to overcome the challenges we face. Through a Kinesiology balance, your kinesiologist can pinpoint these imbalances and help you work through them to find resolution.
